Team Blake Shelton’s Sundance Head Wins 11th Season of “The Voice”—Billy Gilman Finishes Second

Season 11 of The Voice came to a close last night (Dec. 13) when Sundance Head from Team Blake beat out Billy Gilman from Team Adam for the top spot. Sundance’s victory is Blake Shelton’s fifth win as a coach, which extends his career lead over Adam Levine, who has three wins as a coach.

Sundance took the crown—beating out runner-up Billy, third-place finisher Wé McDonald and fourth-place finisher Josh Gallagher—with outstanding performances throughout the show, including “Feel Like Makin’ Love” by Otis Redding,” “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus, “Blue Ain’t Your Color” by Keith Urban and the final blow, “At Last” by Etta James.

During last night’s finale, Billy wowed the crowd with a stunning performance of “It’s Quiet Uptown” with pop phenom and sometime country crooner Kelly Clarkson. As for what the future holds for both Sundance and Billy, we’ll just have to wait and see. But it sure looks bright for both talented singers. Congratulations to Sundance Head and Billy Gilman.

In the meantime, check out Kelly and Billy’s collaboration during last night’s season finale.
